River Birch School for Paranormal Students
This school is split into two sections. Elementary school is separate and middle/high school are on the same campus. Most of the teachers are non-humans. The government believes that non-humans should be trained in their abilities (as it would be dangerous for some to be untrained) as well as educated. Of course, the government can slam their ideologies down their throats.

Harmony University
This University isn't the largest in the state but it is certainly one of the most controversial and where students get an incredibly good education. Its name is no fake. It allows both human and non-human students and staff. It's something of a revolutionary University and does not tolerate racism. It is one of the few places where humans and non-humans can coexist with little to fear, and it has taken many years for the government to allow programs which deal with understanding different races.
